Planned capabilities. Accounting integrations open with MyEasyMarket's public launch on the Pro and Scale plans; this table comes from the same source as our product code.

Journal entries only — MyEasyMarket never edits, deletes or reads back transactions in Bukku. Pro and Scale plans.

Before you start

  • Accounting integrations are built and open with MyEasyMarket's public launch, on the Pro and Scale plans.
  • A Bukku company and a user who can open Control Panel → Integrations.
  • Your Bukku subdomain: the part before .bukku.my in your Bukku address.
  • The accounts you want to use: a clearing account per marketplace (or one for all), sales, shipping income, discounts, marketplace fees, your bank account, cost of goods sold and inventory.
  • An owner or admin role in MyEasyMarket to connect. An accountant role can map accounts, preview, approve and retry.

Step by step

  1. In Bukku, open Control Panel → Integrations, turn on API Access and save. Copy the access token.
  2. In MyEasyMarket, open MyEasyBilling → Accounting and select Connect Bukku. Paste your subdomain and the access token, then select Connect. MyEasyMarket checks them by reading your chart of accounts.
  3. Open Account mapping, select Suggest from account names, check every line and save.
  4. Open Sync & reconcile. Check the journals for this month, then select Approve. Nothing is sent before you approve a month.
  5. The owner or an admin opens Settings and turns sending on. Approved journals go to Bukku straight away, then every day.

After you connect

  • One journal entry per day and sales channel: order totals to the clearing account, sales, shipping charged and discounts, and cost of goods sold against inventory at the cost when each order was saved.
  • One journal entry per day and marketplace for orders completed that day: commission, transaction and service fees, SST on fees, platform vouchers, and the payout to your bank.
  • The reference number is a readable reference such as MEM-261018-SSP; the internal note carries the LHDN e-invoice UUIDs of its orders.
  • Sync & reconcile shows each day next to what is in Bukku. A cancellation after a day was sent becomes an adjustment entry; sent entries are never edited.
  • Entries Bukku refuses wait in the error queue with Bukku's own message and a Retry button.
  • Optional: drafts instead of ready entries (Settings), or a month-end stock value entry for periodic inventory.

Limits and good to know

  • Built on Bukku's published API (journal entries and accounts). Bukku asks integrations to send consolidated daily entries rather than one per order — exactly what MyEasyMarket does.
  • Before each entry MyEasyMarket looks for its reference in Bukku, so a retry never posts twice.
  • Bukku allows 600 API requests per minute; MyEasyMarket sends a handful of entries a day.
  • Days are Malaysian business days; amounts are in ringgit. Only MYR orders are journalised.
  • Your access token is stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect.
